Who We Are

Founded in 1995 in Glaxo Town, Lahore, Sanjan Nagar Secondary School is a purpose-driven institution under the Sanjan Nagar Public Education Trust (SNPET). Guided by a vision to transform lives through learning, the school has empowered thousands of children from underprivileged families to learn, grow, and thrive.

The school was founded by Syed Raza Kazim, a renowned lawyer, musicologist, philosopher, and inventor of the Sagar Veena. His vision for education emphasized not only knowledge, but also character, curiosity, and the courage to imagine a better world — values that continue to shape our mission today.

Since 2004, the Trust’s leadership has carried this vision forward with integrity and compassion — first under Ch. Mueen Afzal, then Faisal Qureshi, and now Mrs. Tasneem Maqbool, a founding trustee dedicated to holistic education.

Originally a fully free school, SNPET introduced a minimal, affordable fee structure in 2011 to sustain quality education. That same year, we proudly became the first private school in Punjab, and the second in Pakistan, authorized to offer the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Program (IBPYP), reinforcing our commitment to responsible citizenship and international-mindedness.

Empowering 1,000+ Students Annually

From preschool to higher secondary, we provide quality, inclusive education to both girls (60%) and boys — nurturing confidence, creativity, and compassion.

Since 2003, our Intel–ITA partnership has equipped teachers and students with digital skills for the future.
